The V.P Member Services will handle all issues concerning Prospective members, new member applications, and any TMC affiliated attire, logos etc.  This V.P. will lead any and all TMC Executive Board meeting(s).  This V.P. will record and keep track of all notes concerning TMC.  Record all Executive plans which have been voted on and implement them accordingly.  The V.P. Member Services shall coordinate and plan all car show events (TMC Sponsored).  The V.P will keep membership records up to date.  V.P. will ensure all phone numbers and email addresses are up to date. All questions or comments concerning any club business not specifically related to the duties of other officers should be bought directly to his/her attention.  This V.P. will assume Third-in-Command to the President and shall assume all responsibilities and duties of the President in his/her absence.
